Thank you for your interest in Highland Ridge Community Development Corporation’s Mending Fences Program. Our organization provides free home repairs to low-income homeowners who are senior citizens, veterans, or residents who have a permanent physical disability

 

Our mission is to make homes safe, warm and dry, . Most of our work is completed by official contractors, but we also utilize the services of volunteers.

Are you a skilled volunteer or do you lead a group of volunteers?

At times we use groups of volunteers to assist with some of our smaller projects, such as yard work, and painting. Prior volunteer groups represented churches, civic organizations, and businesses.   If you or your group is interested in volunteering, contact us and one of our board members will reach out to you.

Are you a professional contractor?

Our programs include replacing windows, fixing plumbing, and repairing roofs. We utilize skilled workers for these efforts, who help our effort for free or reduced cost, . Through generous donations and grants, we are able to cover the full cost of projects.   If you are interested in donating your time as one of these workers, or adding your name to our listed of certified contractors,  please contact us.
